I can now heartily endorse the Bilstein+HR setup on the '97 Carrera S. Car tracks better, bumps don't upset the car's "set" in fast sweepers and of course it now sits at proper ride height.
I bought from Carnewal in Belgium. Great price and FAST shipping.
The install was a bit of a bear on the rear, but the front was easy. Buy the right tools and budget a full day for the job, then drive it straight to the alignment shop! ;D
