???My 1995-993 brake pressure takes aprox. 10 minutes with motor running to build up. This year after being stored over the winter in my garage the pressure failed to build up after aprox. 30 minutes? Has anyone else experienced this problem, or know of a probable problem?

When you say " Brake Pressure",...are you referring to assist, or hydraulics? Have you no brakes for 30 minutes?

I would think that it is a assist problem? I have brakes but they are only what can be brought about with the "manual pressure' exerted on the pedal. Poor at best! The brake warning light is also on.

You must have a 95 993 C-4. I have the same car and it builds pressure within 2-3 minutes. There is an accumulator in the system that holds pressure in “reserve” is the best way to explain it. As with any brake problem if you are not 100% certain I would seek out a competent service center.

When I bought my 95 cab my mechanic made me replace a brake control box similar to an ABS, I don't remember exactly, but he said it was one of the few things that always needed replacing on a 95. The brakes went from "mushy" to perfect, but it was expensive, I think around $2,700.
